Create beautiful plastic masking tape feathers

Two weeks ago I posted a DIY about some beautiful masking tape feathers that I've made. They add an extremely success (I'm so grateful for that guys!!). I had scheduled to post this week this masking tape feathers round #2.  I really don't know if you call this tape masking tape. Is a plastic colored tape with 4.9 cm wide.

This feathers are more easy to do because they have already color!!:)
You have to cut  twice the length of the adhesive tape and half the length of wire. Fold in half the tape.

Then, with a scissor, cut out the shape of the feather.

make your washi tape from you mixed media works!!!

Often, when I'm doing mixed media artworks to offer or sell I like to have a squareness in my work. To make the frame I use masking tape with the width I want and lap gently on the paper.
I do my art, paint, stamp, stencil, dooodle, and I care to advance to the masking tape, so that there is a continuity of the work for the tape.
At the end, after all and when everything is dry, I take off, carefully the masking tape and keep it in plastic sheets. I get a set of very original tape. I really like them. I have used them in my journal or planner art!
